My name is Nathan Hoffman, I have always been interested in computers, video games, software, hardware, and programming. My current job allows me to explore Desktop Support duties and server responsibilities as a Systems Support Analyst for a company in my area. I retain a love for playing video games and often get together with some of my friends to discuss the latest hardware, applications, and video games. My passion for web programming started when I was young, and although I have given up on most of my programming projects, I still find forums and blogs a very reliable way of expressing ideas.

The title of this blog “Haxxorz Daily” refers to “Haxxorz” a reference to hacking/computer 1337-ness, (elite-ness) since my friends and I have always been very competitive about our knowledge of computers and our ability to defeat each other in video games. The “Daily” was added since Haxxorz was already taken on WordPress (although I have owned the haxxorz.com domain for over 1-2 years ) The Daily also refers to the fact that I post daily (every weekday). Each weekday features a different topic that I feel I am well versed in:

Mondays (Consumer Products): Reviews/news regarding tablets, laptops, and other peripheral devices. Rarely do we review desktops (unless we are making fun of prices ) given that desktops can be constructed at a far cheaper cost than purchasing them.

Tuesdays (Applications): Reviews and news regarding applications, major software companies, and Operating Systems.

Wednesdays (Hardware Components): Reviews and news concerning hardware components. I do my best to provide statistics and pointers.

Thursdays (Classic Game Reviews): Reviews of games that are over 2 years old.

Fridays (Game Reviews & Previews): Reviews of recent games and previews of upcoming games.
